No excuses!


Skinny Me is inspiring me to start now with my weight loss and other New Year's Goals. I loved this poster that she had on her sight. It's definitely time to move past excuses. So here are my goals for this week:

1. Go to Zumba ... seriously ... this is going to be fun.
2. Do My Fitness Coach on the Wii 3x this week
3. Take the kiddos for a walk at least once
4. Drink 8 glasses of water a day
