Some of the challenge rules include no sugar and no white flours. This is big for us. I've been wanting to eat more "naturally" so I am hoping to learn a lot! I'll let you know how it goes.
I also need to get 7 hours of sleep a night (or probably day in my case) and exercise 45 minutes a day. My favorite challenge requirements are doing a random act of kindness every day and writing in a journal every day ... thus the blog!
A menu plan is definitely in order to help me steer clear of of sugars and fast food. Especially since I have a fun goal ... looking good for pictures at this BEAUTIFUL couple's wedding on December 28th.

Aren't they studding? Time to shed the baby weight so I can feel great during the holidays and celebrate this amazing day with them.
