Mingle Blogger Event

The girls from Mingle put together a fantastic event at Soel in the Riverwoods. My sister-in-law Jeanette amazingly has her finger to the pulse of all things fun going on in the community. When I saw her post about the event, I called up my blogging partner in crime - my sister Cambria - and we decided to make a night of it. So glad we did!

It was our maiden voyage into blog gatherings and we weren't quite sure what to expect. Imagine our surprise when just minutes after we arrived, we spotted this familiar face:

 

Why hello Jef from the Bachelorette who I had just watched do a puppet show the night before. He was there with his company, People Water, as a sponsor of the event. Jef was so gracious to take so many pictures with all us Utah County mommies and was so down to earth. It was fun to see him in real life.

 

The event was catered by People Water, Pizzeria 712, and Cafe Rio. The chocolate strawberries and little chocolate cookies were divine (anyone know what those were called and what the filling was inside - SO GOOD!) Loved the little potato soup shot glasses from Pizzeria 712.

 

 Cambria & I will definitely be making our way to more blogging events in the future.
