Menu Monday Monday

I am linking up with Menu Plan Monday over at www.orgjunkie.com. Yes, I am a bit late this week. It seems I start my menu plan on Saturday, but have a tricky time of posting it!

Starting next week, I am going to be utilizing a new way of menu planning inspired by my dear friend Andrea over at All About Entertaining Kids.

Andrea and I performed on BYU-Idaho's International Folk Dance Team together and have kept in touch via blogs since then. She has five ... soon to be six ... darling littles and she has SO MANY GOOD IDEAS!

Anyway, back to the good idea! This Saturday while my hubby is at home I am going to prepare my meals for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday ahead of time. Think casserole, enchilada, soup, etc. type meals. Mondays I am going to leave in the fridge and I am going to pop the other two in the freezer. John, my husband, works M-W so this will be perfect for us and hopefully eliminate some of the dinner rush crazies we tend to get at our house! Wish me luck!

Without further adieu ... here's what is on the table at our house this week:

Breakfast:
BreakfastBaked Oatmeal x3
Lunch:
Leftovers
Tuna Salad
Grilled Cheese with Fruit
Yogurt and Toast
BBQ Chicken Salad

Dinner:
Marinated Chicken with Cracker Barrel Baby Carrots (substitute honey for sugar)
Baked Potatoes
Salsa Chicken
Beef Stroganoff
